DUSTIN JOHNSON'S TWO SHOT PENALTY?
Not for a long time has an incident divided the golfing world such as Dustin Johnson's two shot penalty for touching the sand in the USPGA. It calls almost for an official rule to either make Waste bunkers just that, or make them normal bunkers ( integral hazards). If they are not waste bunkers then should THOUSANDS of people be trampling around in them rendering them uneven???
