Not for a long time has an incident divided the golfing world such as Dustin Johnson's two shot penalty for touching the sand in the USPGA. It calls almost for an official rule to either make Waste bunkers just that, or make them normal bunkers ( integral hazards). If they are not waste bunkers then should THOUSANDS of people be trampling around in them rendering them uneven???

Lynn Brooky said she really liked the views around the course at Killeen Castle and that it was in excellent shape, "It's a very different type of course to Portmarnock of last year." Lynn added "The fairways are generous but I think it could play pretty long if the wind really blows."
